About the Project
Lead the Way is a participatory project built on one conviction: leadership starts with the human experience, not a corporate playbook. It exists because the systems most of us rely on to grow, to lead, to raise families, to navigate a world that is changing faster than our institutions can keep up with, are not doing what they were supposed to do. The writing here draws from flow psychology, critical thinking, neuroscience, Eastern and Western philosophy, and years spent working with leaders, founders, and individuals who carry more awareness than the people around them and feel the weight of that.
Every piece is an invitation to think harder, feel deeper, and act with more clarity. Not consumption. Participation.

You will find long-form articles that put you inside the problem before they hand you the solution. Some pieces are philosophical. Some are practical and tight.
All of them start from lived experience, the body, the senses, what it actually feels like to sit in a meeting where nothing is aligned or to stare at a ceiling at 2 AM wondering if you are getting any of this right. The goal is not to lecture but to give you something you can feel in your chest and then take into your next decision.
If you are a parent, a specialist, a builder, someone who senses that what you know is not enough and that the conversations you want to have do not fit neatly into a work meeting or a casual dinner, this is the place.
Let us figure it out together.

HEY, I’M KEV
I am a flow coach specializing in Leadership, writer, and the person behind Lead the Way. My path runs through martial arts, medical massage therapy, movement teaching across continents, and financial advisory before arriving here.
I grew up in Switzerland, lived in Japan, traveled widely, and learned the hard way, twice over, that identity is something you build after everything you thought you were gets stripped away. I write to unlock, not to impress. The rest you will find in the work.
