About

Carrying more than most, and looking for company while you do it.

Kev Nordentoft Headshot white background

I'm Kev. I work with founders, leaders, parents, and specialists who carry more than the rooms around them can hold. Some of that work is writing. Some is coaching. Some is the conversations on the podcast. Some is the practice I keep in my own body every day.

My Path

I grew up in Switzerland, lived in Japan, and trained in Traditional Martial arts long enough for it to become a second spine. From there: medical massage therapy in Zürich, then financial advisory (yes I was a little lost), then movement teaching across the world, which then lead me to what I do now.

Two times in my life, the thing I thought I was got taken from me. Both times what came back was sturdier, less defended, and more honest. I learned the slow way that identity is what you build after the story you were carrying falls apart.

That experience is the through-line of everything I do now.

One question runs underneath the work.

How do we sustain truth, memory, care, and agency across the scales we live in (body, self, family, team, organization, community, world) without exporting the cost to smaller, slower, or future systems?

I work that question with four words. Energy. Agency. Context. Environment. They show up across the writing, the coaching, and the podcast. They're plain on purpose. Anyone can pick them up and carry them.

The work is published openly as it unfolds, not after I've figured it out. Some of it will be wrong in retrospect. That's the cost of working out loud, and I think it's worth it.

Surfaces

Writing

Long-form pieces on the blog and in the newsletter and eventually books. Lead The Way is the on-inquiry track. The pieces are slow, philosophical, and built to put your phone down for.

Podcast

Lead The Way is a conversation show with people who think across fields and have spent years working one hard question. First episodes land in 2026.

Coaching

A small private 1:1 practice. Long-term engagements with founders, executives, and senior operators. Inbound only.

Partnership

I'm a partner at FlowCentre, the science-based human performance partnership founded by Dr. Cameron Norsworthy. Corporate workshops, certifications, and organizational programs run through there, not here.

If any of this landed, there's more where it came from.

write weekly-ish on about leadership, energy, and the things nobody tells you about building something real. No spam. No pitch decks. Just writing that's worth your time.
